Two flowers

You can use any yarn, just use a hook to suit your yarn

Pointed flower

5 ch, join with a sl st to form a ring.

Round 1 ch, 12 dc in to th3 ring, join with a slip st to the 1 ch at the beg.

Round 2: *6 ch, 1 dc in the 2nd ch from the hook, 1Htr in each of the next 2 ch, 1 tr in each of the next 2 ch, miss 1 dc, sl st in the next dc, rep from * 5 more times. Fasten off.

 

Round flower.

I have used one strand of Scuby and one of 4 ply together.

4 ch, join with a sl st to form a ring.

Round 1: 1 ch, *1dc, 1 ch, rep from * 4 more times, join with a slip stitch in the 1ch at the beg.

Round 2: slip stitch in the first 1ch sp, *2ch, ( 1 dc, 1 htr, 1 tr, 1 htr, 1 dc) in the same 1 ch sp, 2 ch, sl st in the same one chain space, sl st in the next 1 ch sp, rep from * 4 more times. Fasten off.

 

Lay the two flowers on top of each other, stitch to the hat.

 

Make a two coloured crochet I cord, to fit around your hat. I used 1 strand of Scuby and 2 strands together of the 4 ply. ( check on YouTube if you are stuck)
